Refund policy
Any personalised items with names, pictures, dates and ages on are non returnable as we are unable to sell these on.
If an item arrives and it is faulty or has the wrong personalisation on due to our mistake we will accept these back and replace them. Any problems with your item must be emailed to us at mypersonalgiftcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Any returns must be in an unused state and with all original packaging.
The return postage charge is the buyers responsibility, we do not offer free returns.
